Filled with Flax seeds and Lavender flowers. Open out the pure silk sachet and gently shake to even out the contents. Wrap in polythene or cling film and place in the freezer until required.

Muslin Sleep Sachets - £4.95
Filled with a blend of Lavender (Lavandula augstifolia) and Hops (Humulus lupulus). Place between the pillow and pillowcase. Rest the head near to the sachet and the warmth of the body will release the soothing aromas of the herbs. Hops and lavender are believed to possess sleep inducing properties and have been used for centuries.
