Ordering
My stock is constantly changing and, as most items are hand-crafted, stock is not always available. Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing an item and I can let you know about availability, choices of colour and aroma etc.
I only accept U.K. orders at the moment which will be dispatched within 7 - 14 days of receipt of payment depending on the availability of materials. I will advise you by e-mail if it will be longer.

Postage

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Proof of posting will be obtained

Payment

Payment can be made by cheque. Please send your order and payment to Chapman's Aromatics, 30, Kimberley Park Road, Falmouth,Cornwall, TR11 2DB. Please make cheques payable to: Chapman's Aromatics.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt in the original condition and packaging for a full refund.
