'Muscle Ease' Bath Salts
A soak in a warm aromatic bath of salts and essential oils is one of life’s greatest and simplest pleasures. It can provide relief from stress and anxiety, and may help to ease aching muscles and joints and cleanse, exfoliate, soften and soothe the skin.
How to Use.
Dissolve 1 -2 tablespoons in a bath of warm water, gently agitate the water to further dissolve the salts. Relax and soak for 20 minutes.
Can also be used in a footbath too, add 1 tablespoon to a bowl of warm water. Agitate the water to disperse the salts. Perfect to help relax tired and aching feet. If you have diabetes consult your podiatrist or medical practioner before using.
For external use only. Do not use around the eyes, mucous membranes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Do not use during pregnancy or if you are breast feeding, if you have epilepsy, diabetes or high blood pressure or are taking prescription drugs please consult your medical practioner before using. Not suitable for children. Not tested on animals. Store in a cool,dry place
