Shipping Information
Shipping for all parcels below £50 is £4.50
Orders over £50 have free shipping.
Your parcel should be with you within 5-10 days from ordering.
I send all small parcels via Royal Mail. On large heavy orders I use Hermes.
At this time, unfortunately, I do not offer international postage.
It's been such a strange time over the last 6+ months. I usually sell at craft markets, fairs and festivals and love meeting customers new and old. That's now stopped for a while and selling from a website is a new experience for me. Some of the items I have in stock, in which case I will send them out within 2 - 4 working days but some I will make to order, so it may take a little longer.
When I receive your order I will let you know the time scale.
Returns & Refunds
I really hope you like and enjoy Chapman's Aromatics products. If there are any issues or you are unhappy with the order please contact me at chapmans_aromatics@yahoo.co.uk and I will do my very best to get back to you right away and sort it out.
You are covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations that gives you 14 days after the products arrive to return your order.
Please be aware that goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery - irrespective of your chosen payment method.
The goods must be returned in a saleable condition: unopened; with original packaging and any hygiene seals untouched. Unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund, exchange or replacement if the goods are not re-saleable.
I will refund the original postage costs, but customers are liable for the return postage.
